Glove sizes are measured in ounces (oz), which indicates the weight and level of padding in the glove.
10 oz
• Ideal for lightweight athletes
• Perfect for bag work and technical training
• More compact and reactive glove
Recommended up to approximately 60 kg.
12 oz
• Great for punching bag workouts and combinations
• A compromise between speed and protection
Recommended between 60–70 kg.
14 oz
• Versatile for bag and light sparring
• More protection than 10/12 oz
Recommended between 70–80 kg.
16 oz
• Ideal for sparring
• Maximum padding and protection
• Fuller and more protective structure
Recommended above 80kg or for those who want more protection.
