Glove sizes are measured in ounces (oz), which indicates the weight and level of padding in the glove.


10 oz
Ideal for lightweight athletes
Perfect for bag work and technical training
More compact and reactive glove

Recommended up to approximately 60 kg.


12 oz
Great for punching bag workouts and combinations
A compromise between speed and protection

Recommended between 60–70 kg.


14 oz
Versatile for bag and light sparring
More protection than 10/12 oz

Recommended between 70–80 kg.


16 oz
• Ideal for sparring
Maximum padding and protection
Fuller and more protective structure

Recommended above 80kg or for those who want more protection.
